baliasnyifeliks 838dc96aa9 refactor(uakino): replace Http.Get with custom GetString method

Implement a new GetString method using HttpClient for better control over
HTTP requests including proxy handling, SSL validation, and timeout management.
This replaces the previous Http.Get calls throughout the UAKino module to
standardize request handling and improve reliability.

Installation

Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/lampac-ukraine/lampac-ukraine.git .

Move the modules to the correct directory:
- If Lampac is installed system-wide, move the modules to the module directory.
- If Lampac is running in Docker, mount the volume:
```
-v /path/to/your/cloned/repo/Uaflix:/home/module/Uaflix
```

Auto installation

If Lampac version 148.1 and newer

Create or update the module/repository.yaml file
